Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using Rasuna, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The provider of Rasuna is the developer identified on the app's Apple App Store product page. These Terms apply to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

2. The Rasuna service

Rasuna currently provides tools that may include:

• Importing video from the photo library or capturing video with the camera.
• Trimming video, previewing media, and maintaining local drafts and export history.
• Recording voiceovers and extracting audio tracks from video.
• Saving finished media to the photo library or sharing it through the iOS share sheet.
• Managing local profile details and export presets.
• Displaying web-based content and account-related experiences delivered through Rasuna services.

Some features require network access, device permissions, sufficient storage, or compatible source media. Features may change as the app is updated.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of videos, audio, images, profile details, and other content you provide or create. You are responsible for confirming that you have the rights and permissions needed to edit, export, and share that content.

Rasuna's native editing workspace stores drafts, generated media, thumbnails, profile images, and presets locally on your device. Rasuna does not claim ownership of that material. You should maintain independent backups of important content because device loss, app removal, storage pressure, file corruption, or software errors may cause loss.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Rasuna to:

• Violate law, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or contractual obligations.
• Create, possess, distribute, or promote unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or harmful content.
• Interfere with, probe, reverse engineer, overload, or bypass security controls of the app or its services, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Use another person's account, identifiers, or content without authorization.
• Introduce malware or use automated methods that materially disrupt the service.

5. Device platforms and third-party services

Rasuna relies on Apple platform capabilities and may use service providers for hosting, configuration, session handling, analytics, and attribution. Your use of Apple services and third-party destinations may also be governed by their own terms.

Links or web content displayed by Rasuna may lead to third-party services. Rasuna does not control third-party content, availability, or practices.

6. Availability and updates

Network-backed functionality may be unavailable during maintenance, service interruptions, connectivity problems, or upstream failures. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. Updates may be required for continued compatibility or security.

7. Sessions, logout, and deletion

You may end the current session by using the logout control. The in-app purge control removes the local editing history, drafts, local profile, and local presets managed by the native workspace, then signs out. It does not by itself guarantee deletion of records held by external service providers.

Access may be restricted where necessary to protect users, maintain service integrity, comply with law, or address a material violation of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers and responsibility

Rasuna is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that every media file will be compatible, that processing will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that an export will meet a particular professional, legal, archival, or commercial requirement.

You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on or distributing it. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law; mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

9. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to Rasuna, its service providers, or legal requirements. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply to future use, subject to applicable law.
